After a career as RN Charge and Facility Nurse Manager, she shifted her focus to yoga and Eastern medicine methodologies in 2021, seeking to bring a modern medicine informed approach to therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and meditation in her practice as coach, instructor, and healer.Heather offers private and group-based mobile sessions tailored to the individual needs of each client.
